The project was delayed by three months none the less the TICEL Biotechnology Park-II at Taramani will be ready for occupation by March 2012. The project was supposed to be completed by December 2011 but the mezzanine floors construction got delayed.

An official informed that the construction work got delayed by 72 days and the building will be handed over to occupants in April. The 16 storeyed building will have three basements, ground floor and 12 upper floors. The cost of construction was put at Rs 150 crore with a built up area of 6 lakh sq ft.
