| Class 12 examination schedule out | |||

The Class 12 state board examinations will commence from March 8 and end on March 30. The examination will be taken by 50,293 students in Chennai. 138 examination centers have been identified in the district that comprise of Higher Secondary Schools.
Around 22 flying squads under the chief and district educational officers of four zones have been setup to check malpractices during exams. The Chennai collector K A Annamalai has warned the students against any malpractices. If caught with printed text material or bit red handed the student will be barred from the board exam for a period of one year. Incase the student is found copying from answer sheets of other students the ban will be for 2 years.
