Ex-aide of chief minister Jayalalithaa, Sasikala Natarajan on Saturday in the disproportionate assets case said that Jayalalithaa was not directly involved in the financial transactions of the company and she was handling all the matters concerning the two companies Jaya Publications and Sasi Enterprises.

 

Sasikala made it clear to the judge B M Mallikarjunaiah that Jayalalithaa was a dormant partner and all the administration of the firm was taken care of by her. When questioned about the property purchases of Signora Business Enterprises, Sasikala said that she was not aware of anything. Next hearing has been fixed for March 3.
