Chew gum to avoid sweets

According to a study that the Pennington Biomedical Research Center and Louisiana State University have conducted, it has been proved that chewing sugar-free gum could reduce the craving for sweets. According to the researchers, chewing gum could reduce the ingestion of sweets by 60 calories and afternoon snacks by 40 calories.

appetite and did not feel like eating sweets. On the whole, the research proves that chewing gum could reduce the intake of calories.
