Naxals end hijack drama

The hijack of the passenger train by the Naxals in Latehar district of Jharkhand has come to an end after four hours of detention. The train was captured by the Maoist at around 7.30 in the morning near Hehegarha railway station and the hostages were released at around 11.39, says Railway authorities.

The passengers are said to be safe and the train left to its destination shortly after the hostage commotion came to an end.
