AIADMK headquarters secretary and former minister K A Sengottaiyan has warned the DMK on Friday following the use of MGR’s pictures in DMK posters and said the AIADMK will move the court against the use of MGR's pictures in DMK posters.

Sengottaiyan said that except the AIADMK no other party had any right to use AIADMK founder MGR’s pictures and condemned former minister S Muthusamy, who was expelled from the AIADMK and later joined the DMK, for releasing posters with MGR's pictures to welcome Deputy Chief Minister M K Stalin.

Sengottaiyan further said, "Legal action will be pursued against Muthusamy, after consulting party chief Jayalalithaa”. He also denied Muthusamy's allegation that the AIADMK was using MGR's picture only during election time.
