PMK to go it alone in 100 constituencies
  August 28, 2010 7.30 PM

PMK leader Dr. Ramadoss is following in the footsteps of DMDK leader Vijayakanth to go it alone in the Assembly elections in 2011. Tired of waiting to ally with DMK or the AIADMK during every election Ramadoss has worked out a strategy to go it alone in 100 Assembly constituencies in case the party fails to clinch a suitable alliance deal.

The PMK has already begun to test its game plan at Omalur constituency in Salem district, a constituency which has been retained by the party now. Called as micro planning or 'Pennagaram formula', the strategy is to flood every habitat in a chosen constituency with highly concentrated political work in different levels and stages till the elections.
