Vijaykanth, while speaking at a marriage function in Thanjavur, has said that he would forge an alliance only with like-minded parties. He added that the alliance should also be welcomed by the people.

Reacting to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi’s allegation that he is using black money to run the party, Vijaykanth said that he is using the money that he has earned by acting and not by corruption.
