Mustafa Abu al-Yazid, top al-Qeada commander
warned India on video stating that more 26/11
type attacks will take place across the country,
if India attacked Pakistan. On the video send
to the BBC, he stated that, “India should
know that it will have to pay a heavy price
if it attacks Pakistan.”
The al-Qaeda commander was earlier reported
killed in an US air strike a year ago. The
same Yazid was also though to be killed in
August last year fighting in the Bajaur tribal
region. In
actual words he stated that, “The
Mujahideen will sunder your armies into
the ground, like they did to the Russians
in Afghanistan. They will target your economic
centres and raze them to the ground.”
He also condemned the Pakistani
government for banning the militant group
in Pakistan and wanted the people to put
an end to the present government.
It is worth noting that the al-Qaeda was
responsible for the Danish embassy attack
last year and assassination of Benazir Bhutto,
former Pakistani Prime Minister.
