Maruti launches Grand Vitara 2.4

Grand Vitara 2.4, a high end SUV was launched by Maruti Suzuki India Limited. The most expected off road features have been added on to this new model. The 2.4 litre VVT engine can provide the right balance between power and efficiency. It delivers a power of 163.5 bhp @ 6000 rpm.

The most important aspect to look into this SUV is the 4 mode, 4-wheel drive (4WD) which can help move effectively in any type of terrain. You can find disc brakes in rear wheels for additional safety.

In the interiors of the car you can find Multi Information Display (MID) which provides information on cruising range, speed, fuel consumption that could make your driving experience a pleasure.

The sound effect is of higher end with improved acoustics and redesigned power train with a center speaker coupled with 6 CD changer.

The all new Grand Vitara 2.4 comes in two versions, 5-speed Manual Transmission (5 front + 1 reverse) and 4-speed Automatic Transmission (4 front + 1 reverse).

The SUV is available across the country for a price of 16.67 lakhs for Manual transmission and 17.97 lakhs for Automatic transmission.
