Vinod
Kambli former cricketer and childhood
friend of Sachin Tendulkar is in trouble
for his alleged hurting remarks against
the BCCI and Tendulkar.
Speaking to the media, Kambli refused
to admit having made such statements.
He said, “I can never say anything
like this. I cannot even think about
saying anything against Sachin. People
cannot fathom our friendship. The
reports about my comments on Sachin
are totally baseless. I cannot think
about breaking my friendship with
Sachin.”
It was reported that Kambli, who participated
in a TV show shooting, stated that
Sachin had ditched him. Apart from
this he had grievances against the
BCCI too it is claimed.
This is a program called Sach ka Saamna,
where the contestants are questioned
about their lives and a polygraph
test is conducted to check if they
are telling the truth.
On BCCI, Kambli had supposedly stated,
“I always felt discriminated
because of my cast and color by the
Cricket Board.”
When asked the cricketer about his
comments on the reports, he flatly
refused saying that both his and Sachin’s
family are not happy with what has
transpired. He also added that he
did not speak anything against the
BCCI. |
