This treatment is focused on problems relating to the Arms, Thigh and Hips (ATH) area. The treatment is based on anthropometric measure for spot reduction. It can be used both on men as well as women. This is specially designed for those people who want to reduce the excess flab in the Arm, Thigh and Hip (ATH) region.

The program is based on a series of sessions with gadgets, physiotherapy and physical activity.

Depending upon the body composition, the number of sessions may be increased or decreased. It takes around 75-80 minutes per session.
