The police officials have announced that the DNA test reports have confirmed that the Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja had raped his domestic maid even as he moved a court for bail.

The actor is currently lodged in Arthur Road central jail in Mumbai after the court remanded him to judicial custody.

The Additional Police Commissioner Amitabh Gupta said “The DNA report has confirmed rape of the victim and the report has corroborated the allegations in the FIR that the actor had raped his domestic help”

It is to be noted that the medical examinations of the victim has shown some injuries in her private parts. However, the blood and urine tests have confirmed that the actor was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Our sources say that nail samples of the victim have been sent for forensic tests to gather corroborative evidence in the case
