Temporary staff members of Microsoft Corporation will experience set backs in their pay as a cost saving effort by the company. The company has decided to slash 10 percent of staffing agency payment for all existing projects. The decision was made after consulting the employment agencies. The contract workers can range anywhere between 40,000 to 60,000 throughout the world according to analysts, but this information is kept a secret by Microsoft.

With the recession making matters worse, people have stopped spending on buying new computers and software. Microsoft runs by selling operating systems and are finding it difficult with the slowdown.
