If you are a regular buyer of pirated DVD well soon you could be in jail. Maharashtra will be the first state to put the proposal in action as the President Pratibha Patil approved the proposal. A proposal to punish buyers and sellers of pirated DVD under the Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities (MPDA) Act was sent to the president and the offer was approved.
