Lalu Prasad Yadav has betrayed the
Congress; it is felt by the Congress
top leadership.
In Bihar, the Congress is left only
with 3 seats, while the major chunk
is shared between Ram Vilas Paswan
(LJP) and Lalu Prasad Yadav.
The LJP received 12 seats and Ram
Vilas Paswan passed the buck towards
Lalu regarding the seat sharing exercise.
In total, Bihar has 40 seats to be
