Female wine drinkers have lower obesity risk

Researchers found that women, who drink wine, reduce the risk of weight gain or excessive accumulation of fat as compared to the ones who are non drinkers.

Approximately 19000 women, after exercise enjoy consuming wine and tend to reduce the chances of gaining fat as compared to ones who only consume mineral water or juices.

Recent survey found that more than 60% of females, 39 years and above, are in the habit of drinking wine.

Researchers suggested that those who drank wine gained the least weight while consuming beer and spirits leads to maximum weight gain.
