The Madras High Court has declined permission to a law college student from paying his examination fee, as he was involved in the November 12th law students clash outside the law college premises.

The student, S Ashok Kumar was not offered any respite from Justice P Jyothimani as the additional advocate-general P Wilson clarified that regular classes are on in the college and admitting the students involved in the clash would pervert the existing environment.
