Six Portfolios finalised

The surprise candidate included in the Cabinet S M Krishna will be the new External Affairs Minister. As mentioned earlier Pranah Mukherjee will be the Finance Minister, P Chidambaram will be in charge of Home and A K Antony will continue in Defense. Meanwhile, Mamata Banerjee gets her Railways back and Sharad Pawar is also back as the Minister for Agriculture.

The remaining portfolios will be under the Prime Minister until they are allotted.

With only Six portfolios announced today, the remaining 13 ministers who were sworn in yesterday will be kept waiting for some more time.

The second round of ministers will be sworn in on Tuesday.
