Nithya Kumari, aged 25, was a native of Bihar. She was dropped at Nerkundram by her cab driver on her way back from duty on Wednesday and was not seen since then. The landlords grew suspicious and informed the police, who broke open the door to find the body in a decomposed state under the bed.
