nabbed top nominations for the 2009
American Music Awards.
Country singer Swift, 19, was nominated
for five categories including favorite
female country music artist, favorite
female pop artist and artist of the
year.
King of Pop, Michael Jackson was another
top nominee, holding five nominations.
Eminem received a total of four nominations
while Lady Gaga and Kings of Leon
each received three.
