The
Nagabharna Arts Foundation will organize
a function in honor of Dr.Vempati
Chinna Sathyam to mark his 81st birthday.
The Nagabharna award will be presented
to Padmavibhushan Pt .Briju Maharaj,
the award will be given by Dr.Balamurali
Krishan at a function to be held at
Sivagamai Pethachi Auditorium, Luz
church road, Mylapore, Chennai-4 on
15 October, 2009.
Renowned dancer Padmasri Chitra Visweswaran
will be the guest of honour and ace
dancer and actress Padmasri Shobana
will light the kuthuvilakku. Padmasri
Saswati Sen will entertain the guests
with her kathak performance.
The event is organized by Mrs Jayapriya
Vikraman.
