Radisson Resort Temple Bay, Mamallapuram announces the Radisson Beach Volley Ball Corporate Challenge. This Corporate Challenge will be in association with the Tamil Nadu Beach Volley Ball Council. The prelude will go off on 24, 25 and 31 of October 2009. The finals will be held on 1st November.

This is the first of its kind being held at the Radisson Resort formerly called GRT Temple Bay.

No other place will be apt to conduct the Beach Volley Ball Corporate Challenge other than Radisson Resort Temple Bay, as the exotic beach forms as a perfect milieu for the occasion. This competition will bring together big giants in the corporate world.

Addressing the press conference, T Natarajan CEO GRT Group of Hotels said, “We are proud to announce the first edition of Radisson Beach Volley Ball Corporate Challenge. In keeping with the premium sport and leisure activities offered at our resort, we are keen to promote Beach Volley ball as a competitive sport at the resort. We welcome this opportunity to involve our corporate guests in a novel sport.”

The press conference was well attended by Mr. Vikram Cotah, Vice-President, GRT Group of Hotels, Mr. Shabin Sarvottam, GM, Radisson Resort Temple Bay, Mamallapuram and Mr. Prabhakaran, Member – Tamil Nadu Beach Volleyball Council.

There will be a total of 74 teams participating in the tournament and each team will have 5 members. For the semi finals a total of 32 teams will be forwarded. Top 16 teams will play the finals held on 1st November.

The winners will be presented with Holiday Package to Colombo, high-end mobile phones, Perfume Gift Package from Royal Mirage, Gifts from Cologne, Lifestyle Gift Vouchers, and 5-month membership at Fitness One for each of the team member.

The Runners up will be presented with Holiday Package to Goa, mobile phones, perfume Gift Package from Royal Mirage, Gifts from Cologne, Lifestyle Gift vouchers and 3-month membership at Fitness One for each of the team members.
