Tight security for Ind-Aus ODI

Tight security arrangements have be made for the opening match of the seven match ODI series in India.

India will play their first match at Vadodara. The tight security includes the deployment of 2500 police personnel, installation of CCTV cameras at hot spots etc.

The city police commissioner, Rakesh Asthana said that this arrangement has been made to avoid untoward incidents during the match.

"This arrangement has been made to prevent any type of untoward incident during the match day as the installations of CCTVs will help in keeping a watch over the proceedings and monitoring of the match"—he said.
