Sanjeev Bafna will be the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Siva Ventures Ltd. The Group is promoted by C Sivasankaran.

Mr. Bafna, a chartered accountant and company secretary by profession, has 23 years of experience. Bafna has been associated with the Aditya Birla Group since 1991 and later joined Grasim Industries Limited to become the President and Deputy CFO.

Bafna is a well known name in the industrial sphere respected for his financial insight and organizational skills. He is a member of the Board of Indian Association of Corporate Treasurer (InAct).

Siva Group was formerly called Sterling Infotech Group. It has various business interests in Telecom, Real Estate, Energy, Shipping & Logistics, Trading and Agro business. The US $3 billion company has interest in various destinations abroad.
