Australia is planning to make green building promotion partnerships with India.

An Australian delegation, which is in Chennai to participate in Green Building Congress 2010, expressed keenness to share technology and expertise to support India's green building initiatives.

Noting that the growth of bilateral relationships were consistently strong, Tony Arnel, Chair, World Green Building Council and Victorian Building and Plumbing Commissioner, said Australia was keen to develop green building collaboration as an important component of the association between the two countries.
