NASSCOM and UT-based NGO, Pondicherry Multipurpose Social Service Society (PMSSS), which has launched its pilot project to generate employment opportunities in the IT and BPO sector for the rural youth was a huge success in the UT as 24 students, including two physically challenged, have been placed in several BPOs after their training. The NASSCOM foundation-Mumbai along with the NGO, PMSSS encouraged by the huge success and identifying the limitless opportunities in the rural sector has set up a new BPO training center in Cuddalore. |
