India’s external affairs minister SM Krishna has said that India sees Taliban as a terrorist organization. He also made it clear that there is no distinction between good Taliban and bad Taliban.

"Taliban per se from the Indian point of view is a sheer terrorist organization," said External Affairs Minister.

"India makes no distinction between a good Taliban and a bad Taliban"—he added.

He also said that the people of Afghanistan should decide for themselves.

"What the people of Afghanistan want is something that they have to decide for themselves," he added.
