Women’s hostel inaugurated at law varsity

Tamil Nadu, law minister Durai Murugan has inaugurated a new hostel for the girl students of the Dr. Ambedkar Law University.

Speaking in the inauguration he said that a new campus is planned to be completed in another two years in Perungudi. He also said that 15 acres of land is been allotted for this project.

The newly built hostels have 18 rooms and can accommodate around 70 students. Sources say that out of 75 lakhs, the state government has provided 50 lakhs.

The minister also distributed admission letters to the students, who ranked first, second and third in the undergraduate law courses.
