Jamaat-ud-Dawa and the master mind of 26/11 Mumbai attacks has registered a case in Pakistan to discharge the two fake cases filed by the Pakistani government against him.

Not able to sustain the pressure from the United States Pakistan filed two cases against him. But they have made it clear that these cases doesn’t relate to 26/11 attacks and they said that the case were filed under the Anti-Terrorism Act.

Saeed’s lawyer AK Dogar filed a writ petition in the Lahore court yesterday against the two FIR’s filed by the Pakistani government.

He also said that the two FIR’s were “without lawful authority and of no legal effect”.

The petition also claimed that Pakistan government has filed the FIR just to please the US even though there was not enough charges against him.

“To exhort the Muslims of Pakistan to act on the injunctions of the Holy Quran can never be said to be a criminal act,” the petition said.
