Ace cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has been bestowed with the honorary Group Captain rank by the Indian Air Force. He will also be the brand ambassador for the Air Force. Sachin was bestowed with this honor for his exemplary performance in the world of cricket.

Speaking at the function, soon after assuming charge, Sachin said that it is not difficult to achieve one’s goal if an individual strives hard for it.

It may be noted that actor Mohanlal was granted the honorary rank of Lieutenant Colonel by the Indian Army.
