Two women were killed in an accident in Trisulam when an electric train ran over them.

Two women were smashed to death when they were trying to cross the railway track in Trisulam on Friday. This happened when an electric train, running at full speed, ran over them. The two women have been identified as Madachi and Sellamal. The mother and daughter were laborers in a nearby quarry in Trisulam. Police officials are investigating the cause of the deaths.
